The International Conference on Inclusive Insurance 2022 will be hosted by the Insurance Association of Jamaica (IAJ) supported by the Munich Re Foundation and the Microinsurance Network.
The Munich Re Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Munich, Germany. (Munich Re Foundation, Königinstr. 107, 80802 Muenchen, Germany).
During the registration process for the International Conference on Inclusive Insurance 2022, the organizers will request the following personal data: first name and last name, valid email address, company, position, industry, and country.
IAJ shall also record videos and/or take pictures of the International Conference on Inclusive Insurance 2022. IAJ shall process personal data collected by IAJ (Insurance Association of Jamaica, 3-3A Richmond Ave Kingston 10, Jamaica) in relation to the processing of personal data, for the following purposes:

By registering for the Annual Conference, you authorize the IAJ and the Munich Re Foundation to reproduce your image and publish pictures or videos where you may appear, report past events, and promote future events organized by the IAJ and the Munich Re Foundation. You, the participant, understand and grant authorization for the use of your name, voice, and/or still images or recordings of your likeness, image, and appearance as they may appear in the photographs, video, or recordings of the Annual Conference.
This authorization is granted without limitation of the right to edit, duplicate, exhibit, publish, distribute and use or re-use the pictures or videos in whole or part in any format or in any country as the IAJ and/or its designates may in its absolute discretion. You understand that the IAJ and/or its designates shall have complete ownership of the photographs, video, or recordings in which you appear, including copyright interests, and you acknowledge that you have no interest or ownership in the said photographs, video, or recordings or its copyright.
Your data shall be processed and retained for at least 1 year after the date of the Annual Conference. Upon sending an email to the IAJ at email@example.com, you can request access and rectification of the personal data relating to you.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
