Confirmation of Registration

Registration becomes valid upon confirmation that the registration fee transfer has been received by the conference organizers.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail to customersupport@iaj-online.com

For any cancellation occurring before 11:59 pm UTC -5 – EST (Eastern Standard Time) on 15 October 2022, the full registration fee will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee and any bank transfer charges. No refunds will be issued for cancellations occurring after this deadline. Refunds may take up to 20 working days to process. 


By registering, the participant agrees, accepts, and acknowledges that he/she has no right to assert a claim against the IAJ, Munich Re Foundation or the MicroInsurance Network if the staging of the International Conference on Inclusive Insurance is hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economic events, or generally by force majeure, or if the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate changes to the programme.

Visa Application and Approval

It is the responsibility of conference delegates to check whether they need a visa to visit Jamaica. If you are from a country that requires a visa please check here to request a courtesy letter which you may present along with other required documents to the Jamaican High Commission or Consulate in your country or region. Our customer support team will send you the letter within 48 hours of making your request.

Applicable Law

All legal relations between the participants in the International Conference on Inclusive Insurance and the IAJ shall be subject to the laws of Jamaica without regard to conflict of provisions.
